Welcome to Waggy Vacation Deals LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, travel planning services, booking services, affiliate program, independent travel agent program, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting a travel request, paying an invoice, booking travel, enrolling in our affiliate or independent travel agent programs, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.



1. GENERAL USE


By using our Services, you represent that you:


  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
  • Will provide accurate and complete information.
  • Will not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Will not attempt to interfere with our website, systems, or security.


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, promotion, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.



2. TRAVEL BOOKINGS


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC acts solely as an independent travel agency and intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers.


These suppliers may include airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, activity providers, destination management companies, and other travel vendors.


Prices, availability, taxes, supplier fees, and promotions are not guaranteed until full payment is received and your reservation is confirmed.


Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations immediately and notifying us of any errors within 24 hours.



2.1 Planning Fees


Travel planning fees cover the professional time, research, itinerary preparation, booking assistance, and other professional services provided by Waggy Vacation Deals LLC.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each planning fee includes up to two (2) travel quotes for one (1) destination per travel request. Additional destinations, itinerary options, revisions, or new requests may require an additional planning fee.


If we do not receive a response within seven (7) days, your request may be considered inactive and archived. Resuming an archived request may require a new planning fee.



2.2 Other Agency Fees


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC may charge agency fees for services, including, but not limited to:


  • Planning and consultation
  • Booking and reservation services
  • Changes or modifications
  • Cancellations
  • Administrative services
  • Payment processing (where applicable)
  • Other travel-related professional services


Agency fees will be disclosed before they are charged.


Agency fees compensate Waggy Vacation Deals LLC for professional services provided and are separate from the cost of airfare, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours, insurance, or any other travel services purchased through third-party travel suppliers.


Agency fees may include, but are not limited to, planning fees, consultation fees, booking fees, administrative fees, service fees, processing fees, change fees, cancellation fees, research fees, and any other fees charged directly by Waggy Vacation Deals LLC.


All agency fees are disclosed before they are charged, are earned upon receipt, and are non-refundable, regardless of whether a travel supplier issues a full or partial refund.



3. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS


Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been processed, all payments made toward the reservation are non-refundable, including deposits and subsequent payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the applicable travel supplier.


This policy applies when canceling an entire reservation, an entire room, or an individual traveler within a room or reservation.

If one traveler cancels while the remaining traveler(s) continue with the reservation, the canceling traveler's payments remain non-refundable. Remaining travelers may also be responsible for any resulting price increase, room occupancy adjustment, single-occupancy supplement, fare difference, or other supplier-imposed charge.


All reservations remain subject to the applicable supplier's cancellation, change, credit, and refund rules.


Airline Tickets


Airline tickets booked through Waggy Vacation Deals LLC are non-refundable once ticketed, subject to the applicable airline's fare rules and any rights or refunds required by applicable law.

Changes or cancellations may result in airline penalties, fees, fare differences, loss of ticket value, or an airline credit when permitted by the airline.


Agency Cancellation Fee


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC charges an administrative cancellation fee of $75 per traveler, per booking when a traveler requests cancellation. This fee is separate from supplier penalties and other applicable charges.


Non-Refundable Agency Fees


Planning fees, consultation fees, administrative fees, handling fees, service fees, cancellation fees, change fees, research fees, and other professional Agency fees are non-refundable as disclosed when charged and to the extent permitted by applicable law.


3.1 Cancellation Requests


All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official Waggy Vacation Deals LLC Cancellation Request Form.

Cancellation requests made solely by telephone, text message, social media, or email are not considered official cancellation requests until the required form has been properly submitted.


Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund, credit, exception, or fee waiver. Supplier and Agency cancellation terms continue to apply.



3.2. Refunds


Reservations and payments are non-refundable as provided in Section 3, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the applicable travel supplier.


If a supplier authorizes a refund, the amount and method of refund will be determined according to the supplier's terms, fare or rate conditions, cancellation policy, and any applicable travel protection.


Any approved supplier refund does not automatically include or refund Waggy Vacation Deals LLC planning fees, handling fees, cancellation fees, service fees, or other Agency fees that have been earned or are otherwise non-refundable under these Terms.


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC cannot guarantee whether a supplier will authorize a refund or how long an approved refund will take to process. Approved refunds may be returned to the original form of payment according to supplier and financial institution procedures.



4. PAYMENTS


Payment in full or according to an approved payment plan is required by the due dates provided.


Prices may change until payment has been received and confirmed.


Payments processed through Waggy Vacation Deals LLC may be subject to a 3.5% handling fee, which will be disclosed before payment.


The handling fee is an Agency fee associated with administrative and payment-handling services and is separate from the underlying cost of travel services provided by third-party suppliers.


Once payment has been successfully processed, the applicable handling fee is earned and non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Returned payments, failed payments, declined cards, ACH reversals, or late payments may result in cancellation of travel, supplier penalties, additional fees, or loss of promotional pricing.



5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & CHARGEBACKS


By submitting payment, you certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method or have the cardholder's or account holder's authorization.


You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services already performed, planning services rendered, disclosed fees accepted, supplier deposits paid, confirmed reservations, or authorized transactions.


If a chargeback, fraud claim, or payment dispute is initiated, Waggy Vacation Deals LLC reserves the right to:


  • Suspend or cancel services;
  • Cancel reservations subject to supplier policies;
  • Recover all collection costs, legal fees, bank fees, and administrative expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law;
  • Withhold commissions, refunds, credits, or future services.



6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & INSURANCE


Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, vaccinations, health documentation, and meeting all entry and exit requirements.


Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the return date.


Travel insurance is strongly recommended.


Travelers who decline travel insurance accept full responsibility for losses resulting from cancellations, supplier bankruptcy, weather events, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.



7. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY


All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, transportation provider, or other supplier.


We are not responsible for:


  • Flight delays or cancellations;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Denied boarding;
  • Missed connections;
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage;
  • Supplier bankruptcy or financial failure;
  • Weather events;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Government actions;
  • Labor strikes;
  • Health emergencies;
  • Visa denials;
  • Supplier errors or omissions; or
  • Any injury, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience occurring during travel.



8. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS


Changes requested after a booking has been confirmed are subject to supplier approval.


An agency change fee may apply in addition to any supplier fees or fare differences.


Changes cannot be guaranteed.



9. AFFILIATE & INDEPENDENT TRAVEL AGENT PROGRAMS


Affiliates and independent travel agents are independent contractors and not employees of Waggy Vacation Deals LLC.


Commissions are earned only after:


  • Travel has been completed;
  • The supplier has paid the Company;
  • No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, or supplier recalls exist; and
  • All Company policies have been satisfied.


The Company may suspend or terminate participation at any time for policy violations, fraud, misconduct, or other business reasons.



10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All website content, logos, branding, graphics, text, forms, images, marketing materials, and digital content are owned by or licensed to Waggy Vacation Deals LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.



11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waggy Vacation Deals LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our Services, supplier actions or omissions, travel disruptions, booking errors, delays, cancellations, or other travel-related events.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of agency fees actually paid directly to Waggy Vacation Deals LLC.



12. PRIVACY


Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



13. TERMINATION


We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel bookings, terminate affiliate or agent participation, or restrict access to our Services at any time due to fraud, abusive behavior, policy violations, chargebacks, non-payment, or other business reasons.



14. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.


Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable rights provided by applicable federal law or the consumer protection laws of the traveler's state of residence.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.



15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


Waggy Vacation Deals LLC may revise these Terms periodically.


Updated Terms will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.


Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations where prohibited by applicable law.


Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
